Shipping Kamados<\/h3>\n

If you order a kamado from us it will be delivered free of charge throughout the Netherlands and Belgium, with the exception of the Wadden Islands (+90,-) and Zeeuws Vlaanderen (+35,-).
\nIf you live within a radius of 100 km from Eindhoven, we’ll even deliver it personally (Monday through Friday in the morning\/early afternoon). <\/p>\n

We deliver all over Europe<\/strong>, do you want your order delivered abroad?
\nPlease do not hesitate to contact us. <\/p>\n

Delivery time<\/strong>: We will always contact you to agree on a delivery time.
\nThis way we can be sure that we won’t find ourselves in front of a closed door. <\/p>\n

If you live a little further than 100km, we will use a trusted transporter.
\nIn either case, the kamado will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days<\/strong> . Provided in stock of course<\/em>so check the stock status on the product page.<\/p>\n

Delivery time<\/strong>: We work closely with our delivery partner Micodo.
\nThey send a text message the night before delivery after 6pm with the time period in which they will come.
\nWe will always contact you prior to scheduling to coordinate which day you will be home. <\/p>\n

Exceptions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Note: Do you live in an apartment and\/or have a balcony or (roof) terrace?
\nIn that case, keep in mind to hire extra help for the lugging work.
\nWe don’t ask our delivery people to lift. <\/p>\n

The kamado will be delivered to where the pallet truck can drive, if you have gravel in your yard or driveway, or an elevation, keep in mind that the kamado will be delivered to that point.<\/p>\n

Mounting the kamado<\/h3>\n

  1. If you order a kamado from us it will be delivered in a sturdy box.
    \nThe kamado is for 90% already assembled.
    \nAll you have to do is assemble the base, side tables, daisy wheel and handle.
    \nThis will take about 20 to 30 minutes.
    \nOf course, a clear Dutch manual is included. <\/li>\n

    Order Pickup<\/h3>\n

    Would you like to pick up your Grill Bill order? Of course you can, if you order online you can choose pick up during checkout. We will prepare your order and send you a message when you can pick it up at De Kade Post at the kanaaldijk noord 111 in Eindhoven<\/a>. <\/p>\n

    You can pick up as soon as you receive a message that your order is ready. These are the opening hours. If you order before 3 p.m. on weekdays, you can pick up the same day from 5:45 p.m. onwards. <\/p>\n

    Tip<\/strong>: Are you coming to pick up a kamado? Always come with 2 people so you can lift the kamado in the car. Keep in mind the box, Large model is 65x65x65, the XL is 75x76x75. <\/p>\n
