Als je een ingevroren brisket hebt, leg &#8216;m dan 2 dagen van te voren te ontdooien in de koelkast. Zet daarna apart in een bakje.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-15837602202022839\" class=\"direction-step\">Wacht geduldig tot het vlees een kerntemperatuur van ong. 60 a 65 graden heeft. Dit is de temperatuur waar de &#8220;stall&#8221; begint.  De stall is een term die vaak wordt gebruikt om aan te geven dat het vlees niet langer warmer wordt totdat al het vocht tot aan het oppervlakte verdampt is. <\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-15837606016224593\" class=\"direction-step\">Inmiddels hebben je buren aangebeld om te vragen of er iets in de fik staat. Waarop jij antwoord; &#8220;nee ik maak de BBQLUB Burnt ends. Goed inpakken met de glimmende kant naar binnen, zo kan er warmte in maar niet uit. Leg de brisket goed ingepakt terug op de bbq.<a class=\"direction-step-image-popup-link\" href=\"https:\/\/bbqlub.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/03\/brisket-rub-koffie-burnt-ends-bbq-750x355.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bbqlub.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/03\/brisket-rub-koffie-burnt-ends-bbq-750x355.jpg\" title=\"brisket rub koffie burnt ends bbq\" alt=\"brisket rub koffie burnt ends bbq\" class=\"direction-step-image\" style=\"\"\/><\/a><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-15840863414091790\" class=\"direction-step\">Nu is het tijd om aan de bouillon te beginnen. Doe 0.5 liter water in een pannetje, voeg 1 blokje runderbouillon toe, en doe 2 of 3 stukken van het overgebleven vet in het pannetje. Laat ongeveer 20 minuten inkoken. Verwijder daarna de stukken vet die over zijn en zet het pannetje even apart. (Je kunt nu ook de ingelegde ui en zoetzure komkommer voorbereiden.)<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-15837613407096259\" class=\"direction-step\">Als je brisket 90 graden is voel dan even of met een sat\u00e9prikker of het vlees goed gaar is. Als je weinig tot geen weerstand voelt is het klaar. Voel je nog redelijk wat weerstand, laat je brisket dan nog even garen. <\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-15840861500711589\" class=\"direction-step\"> Ben je tevreden over de garing? Dan is het tijd om de brisket van de bbq te halen. Je gaat nu de brisket in stukken van 3 x 3 cm snijden. Doe iets van handschoenen aan want het is nog erg heet. Vang het vocht op en doe dit na het snijden in de aluminium bak.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-15837614684657120\" class=\"direction-step\">Pak nu de aluminium bak of pan met het zojuist ingegoten vocht, doe de blokjes brisket in de bak. Voeg nu ook de bouillon en Saus Guru saus toe en meng even door elkaar.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-15837615092287469\" class=\"direction-step\">Als alles goed gemengd is dek je de bak of pan af met aluminium folie zodat er geen vocht of lucht kan ontsnappen. Laat de temperatuur van je bbq oplopen tot 160 graden en zet alles voor nog eens 30 minuten terug op de bbq, zodat het \u00e9chte burnt ends kunnen worden!<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-158407930161027\" class=\"direction-step\">Na 30 minuten mogen de heerlijk malse burnt ends van de BBQ, laat ze nog even 20 tot 30 minuten rusten zodat al het vocht zich weer terug in het vlees kan trekken. Zo worden de burnt ends nog lekkerder.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1584079385743960\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">De Ingelegde rode ui maken (na stap 6)<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-15840794018791069\" class=\"direction-step\">Kook het water, voeg de appelazijn en andere ingredi\u00ebnten toe en laat een minuut of 10 inkoken. Ja het riekt een beetje gek, maar dit smaakt verschrikkelijk lekker!<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-15840794730831826\" class=\"direction-step\">Snijd de rode ui in 2 helften en snijd in dunne plakjes, doe de stukjes ui in een pot die luchtdicht kan worden afgesloten, bijvoorbeeld een weckpot<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-15840796641422587\" class=\"direction-step\">Doe nu het goedje wat je net heb ingekookt in de pot, sluit af en laat afkoelen. Als het is afgekoeld mag je het in de koelkast zetten. Zo heb je na een paar uur heerlijke ingelegde ui bij je gerecht<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-15840797413873640\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Zoetzure komkommer maken (na stap 6)<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-15840797535723741\" class=\"direction-step\">Pak een afsluitbare pot waar ongeveer een 1 liter water in kan en vul deze met 500ml met water en 150 ml met witte wijnazijn.
