During this workshop we will prepare you for the real thing, whether you already own a kamado or not.
\nDuring this workshop you will learn the intricacies of the kamado profession.
\nEven if you do not have a Grill Bill ;-) After all the basic info on how to light a kamado, which techniques there are, you will also learn how to maintain your kamado.
\nAnd under the guise of prevention is better than replacement, you also learn what not to do with a kamado. <\/p>\n
Together we are going to prepare a very diverse menu, from fish on a smoking board, to grilling and smoking chicken and beef.
\nWe are even going to prepare a dessert on the kamado, so people who think they will leave us unsaturated are wrong ;-) Note: We will make a varied menu with meat, fish and vegetables.
\nIt is not possible to adapt the entire menu to dietary requirements.
\nHowever, it is possible to specify any allergies when booking. <\/p>\n
We have a total of 4 kamados available, you will prepare your own dishes in groups of 2, maximum 3 persons.
\nWe will demonstrate the dishes, give tips, tricks and background information.
\nAnd you can recreate it and ask questions.
\nOf course you can eat your own creations, and we will send you the recipes to prepare at home. <\/p>\n
The price is all-in includes soft drinks, beer and wine (5 consumptions).
\nEverything is provided by us, the kamados and the accessories.
