Direct grilling and indirect cooking, simultaneously and at different levels. With a combination of cast iron and stainless steel grates, you get the best of both worlds. Where cast iron excels in creating those perfect grill marks and intense heat, stainless steel is ideal for slow cooking and controlled cooking.
That’s why the Pro III comes with 2 x stainless steel grates, 2 x cast iron grates, and 2 x extra thick half ceramic heat deflectors of no less than 12 mm thick, plus a handy wok ring for the real wok enthusiasts. This way, you master every cooking technique, exactly as intended.

Your kamado ready to go again within one minute! Handy, that’s this smart ash drawer. After you’ve shaken the charcoal basket and all the grit and ash has fallen into the drawer, you’ll have your Grill Bill ready for the next session in no time. The drawer is equipped with a removable handle, so you can easily pull it out through the bottom ventilation grate and remove the ash. Quick, clean, and super practical, exactly as it should be with a real Grill Bill.
Imported from professional kitchens to our kamado: the fiberglass gasket, also known as the glassfiber gasket. Unlike traditional felt, you hardly ever need to replace this gasket, and it also closes the lid much more smoothly.
Fiberglass is easy to clean and extra durable. The gasket contains a copper sleeve that maintains its shape and ensures a perfect, airtight seal of the lid. Smart, sturdy, and exactly what you’d expect from a Grill Bill.
With super large wheels of no less than 12 cm in diameter, you can move your Grill Bill weighing over 100 kilos as if it’s nothing. Strong, smooth, and stable, so you can effortlessly roll from terrace to garden.

For real fine-tuning. With the robust cast iron top controller, the tough element on top of your kamado, you can adjust the temperature to the degree, together with the bottom ventilation slide.

The Pro III is equipped with a sturdy hinge protector and a robust handlebar at the rear.
