The Hotty Totty Bovine Delight was developed specifically for BBQ competitions and this creation of salt, pepper, onion, garlic and other spices provides the extra wow you look forward to on your first bite.

The rub is mostly used with Brisket, but also pork and vegetables become extra tasty with this spice mix

You can layer the Bovine Delight rub along with other (Hotty Totty) spices, or you can use it alone.
