After a long time of experimenting and shifting spices and weights, Big Boy BBQ & Smoke has developed a very nice chicken rub, namely the Chicken Champ! A balanced, spicy and savory blend with a sweet note of anise and cinnamon. With a slightly spicy aftertaste of red ground chilis.

Both Low and Slow as Hot and Fast this rub is good to use, and very tasty in taste and smell.
