In addition, this XL kamado also comes super complete, with all the essential accessories. So you only pay for the must haves you need to get started right away. You decide whether you want to pay extra for other useful accessories such as a pizza stone or rain cover.
Our Smart Qooking System allows you to barbecue directly and indirectly at the same time. Allows you to grill on one side, and rest on the other, or just the other way around.
Whereas cast iron is excellent for true grilling, stainless steel is again suitable for low-and-slow. Therefore, you get 2 x half moon stainless steel grates, and 2 x cast iron grates, 2 half moon ceramic heat deflectors, and a wok ring.
That way you can do all the disciplines the way they are meant to be done.
In addition to changing charcoal super fast with this handy stainless steel basket, the airflow around your charcoal is also better.
As a result, your Grill Bill gets to temperature faster and the charcoal burns more steadily.
You use this basket without a charcoal grill, directly over the ash tray. Are you going to BBQ again? Lift the basket, shake it, and ash and grit will fall right into the ash drawer.
Handy, that’s this ash drawer. After you shake the charcoal basket, and all the grit and ash has fallen into the ash tray, you’ll have your Grill Bill ready to use again in no time. Features a removable handle that allows you to remove the tray through the bottom vent and remove the ash.
Transferred from the professional kitchen to our kamado. The fiberglass gasket, or glassfiber gasket. This gasket, unlike normal felt, practically never needs to be replaced. And your lid closes a lot softer, too.
Furthermore, fiberglass is easy to clean, and inside the gasket is a copper sleeve that keeps the gasket convex so your lid seals well.
