Our Smart Qooking System allows you to barbecue directly and indirectly at the same time. Allows you to grill on one side, and rest on the other, or just the other way around.
Whereas cast iron is excellent for true grilling, stainless steel is again suitable for low-and-slow. Therefore, you get 2 x half moon stainless steel grates, and 2 x cast iron grates, 2 half moon ceramic heat deflectors, and a wok ring.
That way you can do all the disciplines the way they are meant to be done.
In addition to changing charcoal super fast with this handy stainless steel basket, the airflow around your charcoal is also better.
As a result, your Grill Bill gets to temperature faster and the charcoal burns more steadily.
You use this basket without a charcoal grill, directly over the ash tray. Are you going to BBQ again? Lift the basket, shake it, and ash and grit will fall right into the ash drawer.
Handy, that’s this ash drawer. After you shake the charcoal basket, and all the grit and ash has fallen into the ash tray, you’ll have your Grill Bill ready to use again in no time. Features a removable handle that allows you to remove the tray through the bottom vent and remove the ash.
Transferred from the professional kitchen to our kamado. The fiberglass gasket, or glassfiber gasket. This gasket, unlike normal felt, practically never needs to be replaced. And your lid closes a lot softer, too.
Furthermore, fiberglass is easy to clean, and inside the gasket is a copper sleeve that keeps the gasket convex so your lid seals well.

Na jarenlang getwijfeld te hebben, waarom een kamado?
In de tussentijd alle BBQ/buitenkeukens in ons bezit gehad, soms drie verschillende op één jaar, kwam zomaar de Grill Bill voorbij. Het business model stond ons aan en een schitterende kamado voor een redelijke prijs. Na een bezoek aan de showroom en een goed gesprek met Bobby overgegaan naar de aanschaf van de robuust, stoer ogende Grill Bill Pro II. Nu een paar maanden in gebruik, begrijpen we eigenlijk niet meer waarom we ooit hebben getwijfeld. Content met deze aanschaf!

Na jaren verschillende bbq gehad te hebben, toch besloten om een kamado aan te schaffen. Ivm de lock down was het niet mogelijk om de kamado fysiek te bekijken. Uiteindelijk terecht gekomen bij de grill bill, de complete kamado voor een nette prijs en het mooie concept gaven de doorslag net als de alleen maar goede reviews. De grill bill werd netjes geleverd en het in elkaar zetten was een fluitje van een cent, ik miste alleen 1 moer voor het frame (geen contact voor opgenomen) ik heb hem nu 2x gebruikt en buikspek en spare ribbs erop gemaakt.
Ik heb de grill bill pro gekocht en snel geleverd gekregen, alles direct in elkaar gezet, montage was erg eenvoudig maar helaas kwamen wij erachter dat de verkeerde trolley was meegeleverd, na telefonisch contact te hebben gehad is dit erg snel opgelost en hebben de volgende dag meteen de juiste trolley ontvangen. Verder echt een prachtige kamado, alles werkt zoals verwacht! Erg blij mee!
