On one half of your Grill Bill a cast iron grill the other a griddle or stainless steel grill. It can be done with this half-moon grill/ plancha made of extra-thick cast iron. This grill has ridges on one side for a fine grilling streak, and on the other side it is flat, for onions, or prawns, for example.
You place this half-moon grill on your firering, without heat deflector or divide & conquer system. Or just on top of your stainless steel grill rack. Note: Due to limited stock, this product is only for order in combination with a Grill Bill Kamado or for customers with a Grill Bill kamado.
