What data and why

We process the data you provide yourself when placing an order or enquiry: name, address, email address, phone number and payment/order details.

We use this to: process and deliver your order, keep you updated on your order, and meet our legal (including tax) obligations. The basis is the performance of the agreement and, where applicable, a legal obligation or your consent.

Retention period and sharing with third parties

We don't keep your data longer than needed for the stated purposes or than legally required (order and invoice data: 7 years due to the statutory tax retention obligation).

We only share data with parties needed to fulfil your order (such as delivery services and payment providers), or when legally required to do so. These parties process your data solely on our instructions.

Your rights

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can also object to the processing and have your data transferred. Send your request to bobby@daalderconcepts.com; we respond within 30 days.

Do you disagree with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
