The Kamado BBQ 21 inch Solo is the Grill Bill Pro III Large without the trolley: the same ceramic kamado, the same grates and the same Smart Qooking system, but delivered on a low steel foot. Meant to be built into an outdoor kitchen or given a fixed spot in the garden. Grate Ø 47 cm, 90 kg, 10-year warranty on the ceramic.
You get exactly the same cooking machine as the complete Large Pro III: the same thick ceramic, the same cast-iron top controller and the same XL thermometer. Only the Heavy Duty Trolley, the side tables and the Grate Organizer are left out. That saves you 25 kilos — and a good chunk of patio.
