About Plancha Accessories
A plancha is more than a griddle plate around a fire. With the right plancha accessories it becomes a complete outdoor kitchen: you stew, wok, bake pizza and turn a chicken on the spit in the same spot. All accessories in this category are made for the Tiger Fire plancha, so the size and fit are right.
Which accessory fits your plancha?
Tiger Fire makes the plancha in three diameters. Many accessories exist per size, others fit both the 88 and the 112. The size is always in the product name.
- Tiger Fire 70
- Cover, food bumper, dutch oven set, paella set, chimney and raised grill grate in the 70 size.
- Tiger Fire 88
- The widest choice: cover, food bumper, churrasco skewers, satay grill, rotisserie, paella set, worktop and serving board.
- Tiger Fire 112
- Cover, food bumper, dutch oven set, churrasco skewers, rotisserie, worktop and serving board in the 112 size.
- 88 and 112
- Pizza oven, Pro Rotisserie Kit, stainless steel rotisserie basket and the Range Extender fit both sizes.

More cooking on one fire
- Dutch oven set: stewing and slow cooking above the fire, while you cook on the edge of the plate.
- Wok set and paella set: stir-frying on high heat or a paella for the whole table.
- Pizza oven: turn your plancha into a wood-fired pizza oven, in corten steel or black.
- Rotisserie and churrasco skewers: chicken, gyros or picanha that turns evenly and cooks through.
- Satay grill and raised grill grate: grilling above the flame instead of on the plate.
Maintenance and protection
A steel plancha lasts a long time if you look after it well. A cover protects against rain and dirt when it's not lit. With the oil can you keep the griddle plate oiled, so a protective layer stays on it. If the plate does go dull or rusty, the plancha renovation kit brings it back. The heat-resistant touch-up spray fixes small damage on the outside.
Working safely and conveniently
With a plancha you work close to the fire. Leather gloves and a leather apron protect against heat and spatters. With the stainless steel spatula you slide food across the plate and scrape it clean afterwards. A food bumper keeps small pieces on the plate, and an ash wood worktop or serving board gives you extra space to prepare and serve.
Pitmaster's tipStart with a cover, the oil can and a spatula. That keeps your plancha in top condition. Then expand with a dutch oven or pizza oven, depending on what you like to cook most.
Frequently asked questions
Which plancha accessories do I really need?
For the basics you need a cover, an oil can and a spatula. The cover protects your plancha when it's not lit, the oil can keeps the griddle plate oiled and the spatula lets you cook and scrape. Want to make more dishes? A dutch oven set, wok set or pizza oven are logical additions.
Do the accessories fit every Tiger Fire plancha?
No, many accessories are made per size: 70, 88 or 112. The size is in the product name. Some accessories, such as the pizza oven, the Pro Rotisserie Kit and the Range Extender, fit both the 88 and the 112.
How do I maintain the griddle plate of my plancha?
Lightly oil the griddle plate after every use while it's still warm. This creates a protective layer against rust. If the plate has gone dull or rusty, you can restore it with the plancha renovation kit.
Can I bake pizza on a plancha?
Yes, with the Tiger Fire pizza oven. You place it on the plancha and it turns it into a wood-fired pizza oven. The pizza oven fits the Tiger Fire 88 and 112 and comes in corten steel and in black.
Do I need a cover for a corten steel plancha?
It's advisable. Corten steel can withstand wind and weather, but a cover keeps rain, leaves and dirt off the griddle plate. That way the oil protection layer on the plate stays intact for longer and you're ready to cook faster.
