These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Nomad Fire Co.

Article 2: Applicability and offer

These terms apply to every offer and every distance agreement between Nomad Fire Co. and you as a customer. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

All offers are non-binding and subject to availability. Obvious mistakes or errors in an offer do not bind Nomad Fire Co. Images are a true representation; minor variations may occur.

Article 3: Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Any shipping costs are shown clearly before you complete your order.

Payment runs through the payment methods offered at checkout. The order is processed as soon as payment is received.

Article 4: Delivery

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, within 30 days at the latest, unless a different delivery term has been agreed. If this isn't possible, we'll let you know in good time and you have the right to cancel the agreement free of charge.

The risk of damage or loss transfers to you (or a party you've designated) at the moment you receive the product.

Article 5: Right of withdrawal and warranty

With us, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal, more generous than the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The full arrangement and process are on our "Returns & right of withdrawal" page.

Aside from any manufacturer's warranty, you always have the statutory warranty: a product must meet what you may reasonably expect of it. If there's a defect, contact us via bobby@daalderconcepts.com.

Article 6: Complaints and disputes

Do you have a complaint? Report it fully and clearly to Nomad Fire Co. via bobby@daalderconcepts.com. We respond within 14 days. Dutch law exclusively applies to our agreements. You can also submit a dispute via the European ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
