  • A kamado arrives on a pallet, into the garden or as far as the pallet truck can go. Unpack it together, the ceramic is heavy.

How your delivery works

From order to fire in the garden.

  1. Order placed

    You receive an order confirmation by email. Ordered on a working day before 16:00? Then a parcel is usually with you the next working day.

  2. Packing

    We pack your order carefully so everything arrives in one piece. A kamado goes on a pallet.

  3. On its way

    As soon as your parcel is on its way, you get a tracking link by email. For a kamado or plancha, we call you first to agree on a delivery moment.

  4. Delivered

    Accessories arrive within 1 to 3 working days, kamados and planchas within 1 to 3 working days by appointment. Unpack a kamado together, the ceramic is heavy.
