THE BEST BBQ 2021; GRILL BILL PRO XL KAMADO BBQ
Just 20 months in, and already a 2nd award, this time our Pro XL Kamado picked up a prize. The review of our kamado was already very glowing, and if you pick up an award on top of that, that's really the crowning glory of your work.
Will we take part again next year? Probably, because we still have a kamado worthy of a prize, our Pro Medium.
Judging criteria
If we're to believe the reviewers at Just For Koks, and we share this opinion ourselves. No bad kamados are sold these days. They all have the same thermal properties, and whether you buy a kamado for 2000 euros or 500 euros, your dishes taste the same. It's the chef doing the cooking who determines the flavour with their ingredients, fuel and smoking wood. The kamado is just the means.
