Big Phat Greek was developed after holidays in Greece, inspired by sunshine, seafood and night-time street food. You rub it onto a moist meat surface at least 1 hour before grilling. It pairs perfectly with homemade gyros and souvlaki, and also with grilled chicken, pork, prawns, pita breads and Greek salad.

Use
Rub it onto a moist meat surface at least 1 hour before grilling and let it sit well. Want even more flavour? Try letting the meat marinate in a resealable bag and add olive oil and lemon juice as well.
