Grill Bill – Fiber Glass Gasket

To replace traditional felt.

Supplied with adhesive strips and heat resistant sealant.

Mounting tips:

• Carefully remove the old gasket, making sure the ceramic is clean and grease-free
• Starting with the lid, place the gasket on the lower part of the kamado, cut it to size, and stick together with heat-resistant tape
• There are 3 pieces of tape per side supplied, 2 to prevent fraying, 1 to join the gasket together
• Place the gasket on the lower part of the kamado, gently squeeze the tube of sealant onto the top of the gasket, approx an edge of 3mm
• Now close the lid and let dry for 10 min
• Next, do the lower gasket
