A worn gasket lets air escape along the edge of your lid, which makes it hard for your kamado to hold temperature during a long session at the fire. This fiberglass gasket replaces the original felt and seals tighter, so with the bottom vent and the top controller you are actually steering how much air gets in again.
You trim the gasket yourself to size for both the top and bottom rim, and you fit it without tools.
- Seals tighter and lasts longer than felt
- Includes adhesive strips and heat-resistant sealant
- Self-fit and trimmed to size
Restore the seal before you plan a long, low session, and check out the rest of the kamado accessories while you are at it with maintenance.
