Burger Press Grill Bill
- Every patty the same thickness and width
- Several burgers quickly, one after another
- Compact, weighs 300 grams
Shape your burgers by hand and the thickness soon varies: the edges get thinner than the middle and so cook done sooner. Take the burger off once the edges are right and the middle is still raw. With this burger press from Grill Bill you press ground meat into an even patty in a few seconds, so the whole surface is done at the same time.
Handy when cooking for a group
Cooking for the whole party, the press mainly saves time: you stamp out patties quickly one after another instead of flattening them one by one by hand. Because they're all the same shape, you place them on the grate in one round and take them off again in one round too.
- Presses ground meat into an evenly flat patty in seconds
- Prevents raw cores and dried-out edges
- Usable on every kamado size, from 13 to 23 inch
- Compact, weighs 300 grams
Use and maintenance
Press the meat firm, but not fine: pressing too hard makes the ground meat dense, which costs you a juicy burger. Rinse the press with warm water right after use, since dried-on raw meat is a lot harder to get off the surface.
