Who are you, and what do you do?

My name is Chris van Deur, 29 years old, and I currently work for a logistics service provider that arranges the import of goods from all over the world, mainly to the Netherlands.

Apart from Grill Bill, why did you choose a kamado bbq?

Mainly for the possibilities you have with a kamado bbq. You can do all sorts of things with it, it's more than just grilling simple dishes. You can cook with it, slow cook, or make something like a beer can chicken.

What is your favourite bbq dish and why?

Personally I'd go for the Pulled Pork. Making delicious smoked pulled pork seems really great to me. A smoky flavour, lovely!

Why did you eventually choose a Grill Bill kamado?

After a long search and weighing up the pros and cons, I came across a great offer from Grill Bill. Namely a Pro model including all accessories. When you put it all side by side it's just a superb deal. Also the fact that the contact by email went really smoothly and pleasantly made it an easy choice.

What tips could you give other kamado users, and maybe Grill Bill too?

Since I didn't have a kamado before, giving tips to other kamado users is currently quite hard. The only thing I want to recommend is: if you don't have a kamado yet, get one! It works really easily, it takes a bit of practice. But once you get the hang of it, the possibilities are endless. Tips, that's about to change.
