Order accessories today and have them at home within 1 to 3 working days. Kamados and planchas are delivered free of charge on your preferred date. Returns are possible within 30 days.

  • Orders from 99 euros: free shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • Orders under 99 euros: 7.95 euros shipping costs.
  • Kamados and planchas: always delivered free, in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Delivery time

  • Accessories, charcoal and smoking wood: ordered on a working day before 16:00, usually delivered the next working day.
  • Kamados and planchas: within 1 to 3 working days. At checkout you choose a preferred delivery date. If we cannot make that date, we call you to arrange delivery. One day before delivery the carrier sends you a message with a time slot of usually 2 hours.
  • A kamado arrives on a pallet, into the garden or as far as the pallet truck can go. Unpack it together, the ceramic is heavy.

How your delivery works

From order to fire in the garden.

  1. Order placed

    You receive an order confirmation by email. Ordered on a working day before 16:00? Then a parcel is usually with you the next working day.

  2. Packing

    We pack your order carefully so everything arrives in one piece. A kamado goes on a pallet.

  3. On its way

    As soon as your parcel is on its way, you get a tracking link by email. For a kamado or plancha, the carrier sends you a message one day before delivery with a time slot of usually 2 hours.

  4. Delivered

    Accessories arrive within 1 to 3 working days, kamados and planchas within 1 to 3 working days on your preferred date. Unpack a kamado together, the ceramic is heavy.
