After a lot of experimenting and adjusting herbs and weights, Big Boy BBQ & Smoke developed a really great chicken rub, namely the Chicken Champ! A balanced, spicy and hearty blend with a sweet note of aniseed and cinnamon. With a lightly spicy aftertaste of ground red chillies.
This rub can be used well both Low and Slow and Hot and Fast, and is very tasty in flavour and aroma.
