How to make it
Mix water with yeast in a bowl
Add the flour, salt and butter
Roll up your sleeves, time to knead. Knead a nice ball that no longer sticks
Now cover the dish with the ball and put it in a warm spot for an hour (meanwhile move on to the butter or tapenade). The dough will now rise until it has doubled in volume.
Now shape the dough into two nice loaves, brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse sea salt
Cover the dish again (with a clean cloth) and let it rise again
Place the loaves on the BBQ and bake for about 45 min until done
Let the butter come to room temperature
Put the butter together with all the other ingredients in a food processor and blend everything well. You decide the flavour of the butter, start minimal and add ingredients to taste so you don't overdo any one ingredient.
You can serve the butter right away, or you can choose to let it firm up a bit more in the fridge.
Put all your ingredients in a food processor and blend everything well. Don't do this too long so you still keep some nice coarse pieces in the tapenade.
