Heat Deflector 21 inch kamado

The Grill Bill heat deflector / plate setter turns your kamado into an oven. Because the heat is conducted along the side of the plate setter, you can cook dishes indirectly at high and low temperatures. Indispensable for low and slow cooking of, for example, large pieces of meat like prosecutor for pulled pork. Because the ceramic legs are raised, you can easily put your grill grate on it and you also have room for a drip tray.

The Heat Deflector / Plate Setter comes standard with the Grill Bill 21 Pro and the Grill Bill 21 Classic.
