This very simple, but super flavourful shawarma is made with pork fillet, but of course you can also use chicken or lamb for this delicious treat.

How to make it

  1. Mix the sunflower oil, finely chopped garlic, Angus and Oink Shawarma seasoning, juice of 1 lemon, salt and pepper in a bowl.

  2. Cut the pork fillet into thin strips, and let the meat marinate in the sealbag or dish in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

  3. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat (about 180 degrees). Fry the marinated pork strips until cooked and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. Warm the Lebanese wraps according to the package instructions.

  5. Spread the wraps with sauce, and divide the grilled pork evenly over the wraps.

  6. Add slices of red onion, slices of tomato and chopped parsley to the wraps, and garnish with the thinly sliced radish.

  7. Serve the wraps with garlic sauce or tahini.

  8. Put the shawarma in the wraps and enjoy your delicious Lebanese shawarma with Angus and Oink Shawarma seasoning!

  9. Put the yoghurt in a bowl, chop the fresh herbs and mix with Garlic and Garlic BBQ Booster. Let the flavours marinate for half an hour.
