Pastilles de Aroma Smoking Wood - Rosemary - Best Charcoal
- Herbal rosemary smoke, subtle rather than heavy
- Smoulders calmly on glowing charcoal
- 1 kilo bag, you only need a few per session
Lamb, chicken and grilled vegetables don't need a thick cloud of smoke, but something fine that supports the herbs. These rosemary smoking pastilles from Best Charcoal give exactly that: compact pressed blocks you place directly on the glowing coals, giving off a clearly recognisable but subtle Mediterranean herb layer.
Mediterranean at the fire
These pastilles are at their best with lamb, chicken, potatoes and grilled vegetables on the kamado, exactly the kind of evening where everyone stands around the fire waiting for the food to be ready. It also works with fish, as long as you keep it light: one pastille is already enough then.
- Herby aroma that lifts lamb, chicken and vegetables
- Pressed wood that burns down more slowly than loose chips
- Usable on kamados, kettle bbqs and smokers
- 1 kilo bag for a large number of sessions
Use
Wait until your charcoal is glowing well and the first sharp smoke has gone. Then place one or two pastilles on the coals and close the lid. Combine with a piece of fruit wood for a sweet undertone, or keep it pure if rosemary is meant to play the lead role.
