Serving Board Acacia Wood Oval Large

The oval serving board large is the board for the moment something really big comes off the barbecue. How to get the most out of it

Let a large piece of meat rest before it goes on the board, otherwise the juices run off. Cut against the grain with a long knife and tilt the board slightly towards the plate if you want to catch the juices. For sauces and dips, place separate small bowls on the board rather than pouring them straight onto the wood.

Maintenance

Wash with warm water and a brush, don't let it soak, then dry it standing upright. Rubbing it with vegetable oil a few times a year keeps the wood nourished and prevents drying out and cracking.
